We will go through everything with you beforehand to make sure we are completely prepared and to ensure everything runs smoothly for you. The main areas we will run through with you beforehand are the following:-

The Venue
We will always make sure that we take into consideration the size of your venue and know about access in order that set-up times and the amount of equipment used is appropriate. Of course, there is a good chance we may have already worked at the venue you have in mind and we will therefore be able to give you guidance in this area. We are always happy to visit the venue prior to the day to check everything for you if we have not worked there before.We can liaise with the venue directly on your behalf to ensure we have everything we need on the day. We are also happy to have a meeting with you to discuss your needs in detail to ensure we have covered everything you would like and expect from your Wedding DJ.

The Music
Weddings usually cover a vast area of age groups and we are happy to cater for all of them. We have the experience to read a crowd and help get the dance floor full of your family and friends having a great time. We will always give you the opportunity beforehand to advise the type of music you would like and list any special music requests you may have. We are happy to take any specific music requests in advance and will of course always take requests on the night as well. We pride ourselves in playing what you want to hear. We have a large music library and want the music played at your Wedding to be what you and your guests would like.

The Times
We will always discuss your planned start and finish times. We will also discuss when would be best for us to set-up. Our standard price will generally allow for us to set-up approx. 1 hour prior to the start time, but if you need us to set up during the day, then please just mention it at the time of making an enquiry with us.

The First Dance
The first dance will be one of the most important parts of the evening for you and we will discuss with you the song choice at least a couple of weeks in advance to ensure that it is available. We will also discuss at what point of the evening you would like this dance to happen and how you would like it to be announced. Some people like to have the entire dance with just the bride and groom, whereas some like to invite their guests to join them mid-way through. There are various ways of doing this for you, and we want to be sure that it is exactly as you would want it to be.
